In Greene County district court information is now available of sentencing done Jan. 12 in three cases against Dray Rivera, 27, of Jefferson. In a case initiated in August on a charge of burglary- third degree Rivera changed his plea to guilty and was sentenced to five years in prison. The prison term was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is to complete a residential correctional facility program for six months or until maximum benefits are attained. Rivera was fined $750 with a $262.50 surcharge; the fine and surcharge were suspended. Court costs were $223.56.
In a case initiated in September in which Rivera was charged with burglary- third degree the charge was amended to theft- fourth degree and he pleaded guilty. He was sentenced to one year in jail, consecutive to the term in the above case. The jail term was suspended. He was fined $315 with a $110.25 surcharge. Court costs were $183.56.
In another case also initiated in September Rivera was charged with harassment- second degree. He changed his plea to guilty and was sentenced to one year in jail. The jail term was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years, consecutive to the probation in the other two cases. He was fined $315 with a $110.25 surcharge. Court costs were $135.

Persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments as follows: Margaret Jessica Ruth Wilson, 41, of Cherokee, possession of methamphetamine- second offense; and Robert Allen Lindahl, 38, of Perry, possession of methamphetamine- first offense. Trial dates were set for Feb. 27 in both cases.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Carter Eugene Fetters, 26, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana- second offense; Jody Lyn Schad, 42, of Jefferson, driving while license barred; Hiram Silvano Black Jr, 29, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana- first offense; Jose Trinidad Hernandez, 41, of Grand Junction, possession of marijuana- first offense; Cory Michael Grow, 40, of Jefferson, child endangerment (two counts); and Bradley Allen Conklin, 35, of Jefferson driving while barred and possession of marijuana- third offense.
